Marc Hartley, co-founder of both Onslow Bay Homes and Onslow Bay Construction, has over 20yrs in the industry and a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from ECU. Working various managerial and field positions, Marc has honed his skills to be one of the most organized and quality-oriented builders in the market today.
